个人简介

申晶晶,20236月毕业于中国海洋大学,获工学博士学位。研究方向为:1. 海洋多糖降解酶的基因挖掘及作用方式研究;2. 酶在水产品加工及保鲜中的应用。迄今在国内外高水平期刊发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》等期刊发表论文12篇,获国家发明专利授权3项。
